The next step will be an online or in-person meeting. During this meeting, we’ll go over the questionnaire you’ve completed in more detail to better understand who you’re looking for, your family’s dynamics, and the form of cooperation that will work best for you.
Candidate Search
Once we know exactly who we’re looking for, we begin the search and start speaking with potential candidates. In this process, we use our own network and also collaborate with foreign agencies and nannies who have already worked in Poland and now act as ambassadors.
Potential candidates go through a special preparation process before starting work in Poland. They complete a series of trainings, a first aid course, psychological assessments, and we carefully verify their references.
At the end of this process, we’ll send you the most promising candidates along with our recommendations.
Meet the Candidates
We’ll arrange meetings with the candidates you find most promising. A translator will be present at each meeting to ensure smooth communication and make sure both sides can discuss all important details of the cooperation.
Choosing Your Nanny
Once you’ve chosen a specific candidate, we finalize the details — including scope of duties, working hours, start date, and any other arrangements — and present you with a formal offer.
